These Terms of Use govern your use of u2aidental.com. This is an informational site presenting U2 AI Dental, a product under development by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi. Changes to these terms apply only going forward.

Parties and company identity

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are made between U2 AI Studio Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("U2 AI Studio", "we"), a joint stock company incorporated under Turkish law on 12 June 2019, and any person who visits u2aidental.com ("User", "you").

These identity details are published under Article 39/2 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.

Scope and purpose of this site

These Terms apply to all pages published at u2aidental.com and www.u2aidental.com and to the interactive product preview on those pages.

This is a promotional and informational site. It does not itself provide a software service, take orders or process payments, and it has no accounts, sign-in or forms. Visiting the site or e-mailing us does not create a customer relationship, licence or service contract. A commercial relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement.

By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Provisions specific to U2 AI Dental

• U2 AI Dental is under development and is not yet available for use. The features described on this site reflect the product vision.
• The screens, 3D model, panoramic X-ray, assistant answers, suggestions and report in the product preview are built on a sample case and contain no real patient data. The X-ray image was generated synthetically for this site. Anything you type into the assistant box stays in your browser and is answered with pre-written sample responses; it is not sent to any server or AI model.
• U2 AI Dental is being designed as clinical decision support software; it does not diagnose. Clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment decisions, and responsibility for them, remain with the dentist. Nothing on this site is medical advice; consult your dentist for decisions about your oral health.
• U2 AI Dental has not yet been registered or certified as a medical device, and no such claim is made on this site.

Representative visuals and forward-looking statements

Product visuals, interface screens and demonstrations on the site are representative; they are not screenshots of a working product. Sample measurements, names, case numbers and records shown in them are fictional and do not belong to any real person.

Product and capability descriptions are for general information; they do not constitute an offer or a guarantee of results and may change as development proceeds. Statements about planned work or future capabilities reflect our intention at the date of publication; they are not commitments and may be changed or withdrawn.

Intellectual property

All text, logos, marks, images, software code, design and other content on the site belong to U2 AI Studio or its licensors and are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and other intellectual property legislation. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party names and logos belong to their owners; their appearance on this site does not transfer any rights in them. Use of marks and logos is explained on the Imprint page.

Rules of use

When using the site you agree:

• to use the site only for lawful purposes,
• not to infringe the rights of third parties,
• not to engage in automated data collection (scraping) or bulk copying of content,
• not to exploit security vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineer,
• not to submit content, including malicious code, that may harm the site or its users,
• not to attempt to place a disproportionate load on the site or impair its availability,
• not to present site content as your own or use it commercially without written permission.

If these rules are breached we may block access to the site from the connection concerned and exercise our legal rights. Any measures are limited to what the breach requires.

Contacting us

This site has no forms; you can reach us through the e-mail and phone channels published on the site. When using them you:

• provide accurate, current and complete information and correct it if it changes;
• share another person's personal data only if you are authorised to do so and have informed that person;
• do not send patient information, X-rays or examination records, trade secrets, confidential documents or special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric data); if such sharing is needed, you first write to info@u2aistudio.com or our KEP address so that a suitable channel can be agreed;
• do not use these channels for advertising, bulk or automated sending, concealing your identity or impersonating others, unlawful content or similar misuse.

Writing to us does not oblige us to respond and does not form a contract. Data you send is processed as described in the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy. Writing to us does not by itself mean you consent to receive commercial electronic messages; such messages are sent only with your separate explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available; however, we may change, temporarily suspend or remove pages and content, including for maintenance, security or development reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

Liability

Information on the site is for general information and does not constitute professional or medical advice. While reasonable efforts are made to keep content current, absolute accuracy or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. You are responsible for the consequences of your use of the site. Liability for intent and gross negligence under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and the mandatory provisions of Turkish law remain unaffected.

Once U2 AI Dental is made available, liability for its use will be governed by the agreement and terms concluded for that product, not by these Terms.

Third-party links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. U2 AI Studio is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Once you leave this site, the documents of the site you reach apply to you.

Changes to the Terms

U2 AI Studio may update these Terms. The updated version is published on this page with its date, and changes apply only going forward; they do not affect your use before that date.

Under Article 24 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, clauses in standard terms that give the drafter a unilateral right to make changes against the other party are deemed unwritten; a change to your detriment therefore takes effect only with your explicit acceptance. If you do not accept such a change you may stop using the site; your earlier use continues to be governed by the version in force before the change.

Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the mandatory provisions of that law and your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of your place of residence remain unaffected.

These Terms are published in Turkish and English. As the Terms are governed by Turkish law, the Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.
